The charges were since dropped due to lack of evidence. A similar thing happened to Heath Slater a couple of years ago, but he’s still around because he kept the company informed at all times.

Going from memory, he snagged a casino security guard and tried to take her to a stairwell/elevator and she escaped. I've been to casinos. You start physically moving the security people around, you'll find yourself in a cop car, a headache and no recollection of how you got there.
