They're not in general, but some of them in Muslim populated areas have gone through the extra steps to make sure they have halal options. Really, there's no restriction about mixing meat and dairy, so as long as they're making sure they're sourcing halal and keeping the pork products and beef products apart, it's not that big of a stretch.

The bad books podcast I Don't Even Own a Television has done the Jordan Peterson book. They dunk on it constantly and mention several of JBP's self-owns in the book, like when he rants about Elmo. Yes, the puppet from Sesame Street. Jordan Peterson has opinions about children's entertainment.
