Funny thing is in 2015 he cast the deciding vote to keep taxes on horizontal drilling wells at 1% instead of 7% where they were before the initial tax break was granted over a decade before. With that one vote he cost the OK budget over $450 million in potential revenue. Now he's against it and in the midst of teacher strikes etc.

De-Bathification was a massive strategic blunder because it created massive vaccums of power that could be filled by anyone with a gun and some ambition. De-Bathification caught too many people and should not have been applied across the board. Everyone in any position including dog catcher was required to be part of the party. Compounding this the United States had no transition plan and had not identified who or what structures would be used to fill this vaccum.

I'm pretty sure the Israelis use a surpressed 10/22 as a "non lethal" weapon.
