The New Left Review is quite good as well, I don’t have time for another sub with my current work schedule though. I guess if I quit posting I could manage all of my intended reading.

my boss has a subscription to the economist delivered to the office that i've never seen him read. i've read it a couple of times and its so loving bad. That 30 year old article criticising it is still spot on private eye is really good though

i havent read an Economist in a decade lol Jacobin has the occasional interesting op-ed but is overall just not very useful, as noted there's no news or journalism I don't know of any consistently good sites, but I also haven't looked in a while
