What about if I vote NDP but reply that I'm a proud member of Ford Nation and voted specifically for Doug Ford and that I think he should start his own party and ditch the PC and where are those immigrant internment camps and why hasn't the Greenbelt been paved over yet I'm sick and tired of seeing so much green as opposed to condos and townhouses.

My partner and I haven't received our voting cards either but we both have voted already.

Advance voting FTW. Do it guys. Local campaigns would have one less vote to worry about (bringing out the vote).

A month is too far in advance, IMO. You never know what might come out in the weeks before election day.

Not sure if I got my voting card but I’m confirmed on the list. So just need to show up with ID.

Amazingly enough my polling station is in one of the conference rooms in my condo common areas. I can just walk down to the lobby and do it there! My MPP even came to visit and ask for my vote.

Speaking of the CRA, for my work I just had to swat yet another mass emailed fake refund link at h-ttps://tax-canada.revenue-agency.cf/

The CF domain being the Central African Republic.

Clear the hyphen there if you want to look at it. Decent quality, and the fields actually require formatting match so you can't paste novels into them. Some accidental french. 7/10.

Are there any good can pol podcasts?

Boys in the short pants is by far the best canpol podcast. Skip the beer chat at the end of every episode.

The docket is good for lawyer stuff that will break down political court proceedings like the Stanley trial. Skip the first 5 minutes of every podcast as they talk about their personal lives.

The podcast itself isn't Canadian based but citations needed podcast had a great episode on maplewashing recently.

There's a couple of political podcasts from canadaland and neither involve Jesse brown if you hate him for whatever reason.

CBC's the house is occasionally very interesting.

News you can use (Tim Hortons presents something something) is also p decent. I like their abortion watch segments especially...

I don't hate Jesse Brown but I do hate the fact a third of every Canadaland episode I've listened to was him trying to sell me a mattress. I listen to a lot of political / news podcasts and can't think of any others that are quite so outrageously whorish for their sponsors.

Apparently they cleared the rolls in Brantford or something because I'm apparently not registered to vote even though I've voted in a municipal, provincial and national election from this address.

Sucks that York University has closed permanently due to the never-ending strike started by the villainous NDP, but back to work legislation is evil so I'm okay with it.

Of course the strike won’t end when they know back to work legislation is an option.

York is waiting for Doug Ford to ban unions. It andrea wins they’ll start bargaining in good faith again.

The liberals like to claim they're leftist but they're really just left of center. They would rather stomach Doug Ford and hope he's so bad that they can swoop in to win the next election than see the NDP come to power now.
