I can accept that Spider-Man would say gently caress but if it happened in a movie it would be weird, not just because of who the character is marketed to and who owns him but it seems like it would smack of the creative person behind it prioritizing edginess or not caring about the character much. The question is not "could Pete ever say" it but why you as a writer are making him say it.
