Dalmatians also have a tendency to be a little bitey, but are every bit as trainable as a working dog as any labrador. Their temperment with children isn't great either. Also the deafness. My great-uncle had one when I was a teenager. Wouldn't let you out of your car on his property if he didn't know you, but once approved, he'd love on you all day. Used to follow me when I rode the mower, then would follow me a half-mile down to a corner to see me off for the 2 mile drive on mower to cut my grandparents grass. He was a cool dog, only bit me once.

She's pointing out how dumb it was that this idiot was able to run to the Title IX office and get that girl kicked out of school because the university operates on the assumption that whoever reports first is the victim. The guy who has successfully sued a bunch of other universities over this stuff has taken up her case, and there's a recent circuit court ruling that tells universities to stop being dumb about this stuff.

It's full of hail mary attempts and brazen slight of hand because there really is zero defense for any of his actions. However congress is the only authority that can actually act. This means 51% of the house has to vote to impeach and 2/3 of the senate with John Roberts presiding as judge has to vote to convict. So nothing matters and he's going to continue to get away with it.

I did, I was just commenting on the editorial board's inclination to publish title IX stuff. I don't have a problem with the content, just the publishing agency behind it. They ping pong on the issue between their staff, and the message gets turned into white tower academic nonsense instead of a pressing issue. (Execution of title IX protections, rather than the provisions of the ruling itself)
