Confidence among commercial shippers has eroded due to delays, "including as a result of inspections undertaken by the Saudi-led coalition after these vessels have been cleared by UNVIM," Lowcock said, referring to a UN verification system.

It's really loving confusing, but the Colorado Civil Rights Commission basically hosed up by being openly hostile to religion. Since that Commission hosed up, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the anti-gay baker without even getting to the question about if it's legal to deny service to a gay wedding.

TL;DR: SCOTUS basically said the RULING itself was not the issue, but how Colorado managed the case. They even specifically said had Colorado done a better job, they would've ruled against the Baker.

However, they also said that it simply sets it up for a lower court to possibly review. This isn't the Golden Ruling the Religious Right wanted, and also confirms even the Conservatives on the SCOTUS are probably not as friendly to the Right's arguments as they'd llike

I get what you mean regarding the average American who thinks it�s discriminatory that they can�t just ban all gays, Muslims, etc, but being discriminated against was heavily baked into early Christianity.
