Hey if my gym was music-free I would probably do some days without my headphones (and phone for that matter).

Consider yourself lucky, I get EDM and reggaeton, it's the same playlist everyday too, I've heard that stupid tuesday song so much.

I'm really starting to hate my gym, some twink joined like a week ago, and the dude loves doing seated dips with plates, despite not being able to do the whole movement without weights, anyways instead of asking an instructor or someone for help with the plates, he just throws them off his thighs, the plates and floor are already starting to crack and I'm seriously surprised none of the gym staff have told him anything.

There's also a couple of guys that take their kids to the gym, one kid is always goofing around, he's already caused a couple of accidents and hurt his hand with a dumbell but his stupid dad is more worried about his mediocre biceps, while the other guy just leaves his poor kids in a corner doing nothing for a couple of hours, seriously just get a nanny or something you incompetent fuckheads.

hey guys, when you do either split squats or lunges, should your main working leg be pointed straight ahead or should there still be a bit of a V shape to it, sort of like how you'd point your knees in a regular squat?

also smerg, have you tried saving your deadlifts for last? Even when deads are my T1 for the day I still do them after squats e: you could also try moving the first set last sets to your 2nd leg day. I don't think twice a week deadlift would run you down with the 2nd time being lighter FSL weight.

You'll be fine, it's only an extra couple of sets at 55%, 60% and 75% (based on real 1RM not TM). Back off sets of 8 at 70-75% is basic hypertrophy programing. If you really want to hate yourself bump it up to 10-12 reps.
