one of these dumb sites fact checked sanders on his claim that the US pays twice as much on healthcare than other countries they rated him false because the US spends only 1.5x as much as the second most expensive country. the US still spends 2x as much as the OECD average also the "real wage" graphs I suspect do not account for increased economic rents from healthcare, drugs, debt payments, housing, education, etc. what good is getting a 0.1% rise in your "real wage" when insulin and rent is skyrocketing by far more than that in the same time period
