It's pretty art, but imagine having people ask you about the Toronto Blue Jays every day of your life. On the other hand, maybe she should just embrace it and become a megafan. Like the lady who changed her son's name from Kevin to Kelvin to match her misspelled tattoo.

I have had a long-standing suspicion that the rise in really loving dumb tattoos is linked to a widespread subconscious understanding that most people alive today aren't going to make it to fifty or sixty years old

I will only stand for the treason flag if it makes it easier to tear it down. Maine had the highest per-capita enlistment rate in the Union Army, so anyone who flies the treason flag is disrespecting the fine people of that state.

A lot of those memorials popping up in non-Southern states is the result of the Daughters of the Confederacy paying to put them all over the country. At best Portlanders of yore didn't care enough to block the lovely statue going up.
