learning italian if french is your 1st language is pretty easy once you learn the clitic climbing and then from there spanish is just changing a few words and not moving your hands around as much, i studied this in college and attended some of the lectures about it

as an italophone i can tell you that spanish is hard because it's similar enough that you think you know more than you do but you end up speaking gibberish
