Yeah new Jimmy is loving awesome, and I love the infinite scaling trait quest at level 1. The damage just really adds up. I like how his trait splash damage is equal to his AA damage. Banshee seems like the good choice, it's pretty solid single-target damage that can really help out especially with the level 20 100% more talent. As for ranked today, it was a terrible idea because I kept getting Garroshes that didn't take taunt, as well as just lovely players in general. :|

Played a game with new Asmodunk. On the opposing team was a Lost Vikings player who kept them all together in the same lane. I finished that Globe of Annihilation quest real fast.

I dont know about his overall balance but man new Jimmy feels so much better to play. Its really nice being able to pick Jimmy and actually feel like I'm contributing during all phases of a match.

I can honestly deal with the quest folks in isolation (some crazy exceptions like Kael'Thas and his giant hit area or Alarak and his everything aside), it's in the context of everything else about the Vikings where it becomes especially bad. Against people like Azmodan or Kael, even a more team oriented rework Vikings set should not be huddled together IMO. Being more grouped should be a viable option, not the default in all situations. So I played Raynor on Haunted Mines (why is that still a thing?) and my Raider somehow hosed off to the void between the two maps and I couldn't get it back until I died. Also, it's hilarious to go into try mode and hit "complete quests" with the pepper talents build and then one shot Arthas with some pepper.

How do people play Li Ming and not die constantly? Am I just not being judicious enough in my use of Calamity when trying to finish kills? e: also thanks for the Fenix links, I'm definitely going to buy him. Poor Stukov, *someday* we will be together....

If you fail to get the kill with calamity, now you're next to the enemy and preeetty hosed.

You can also just not take calamity, the other talents on that tier are also strong if you're not a pro player. She plays extremely safely if you don't play the calamity style.

Had a really strange QM game today: 2 FULL time healers on the other team, zero healers on ours. Not even an alt like Tyrande or Tass. Everyone was diamond, and they got absolutely destroyed

Jimmy’s banshee talent seems to have an issue with teleportation. I’ve definitely lost it on the walk to Haunted Mines. Banshee plus his level one minion attack, idly, makes him nuts at merc camps.

I also had a dumb game where 1 team had 2 tanks and 2 healers, our team had 0. We were all squishies. Sylvanas, kelthuzad, azmodan, zuljin, and Raynor I think. I wonder if the matchmaker is getting the correct 10 people for a game but not putting them on the right team.

Imo the devs have been doing a way better job at everything since the hanzo nerfs so the qm bug going on this long has been surprising given how badly it screws the game up. The braxis changes actually seem pretty significant. This was an extremely cool and fair game where the red team definitely had a chance. edit: QM and brawl are the only PVP formats available until player level 80, so for the past two days a bunch of new players have been firing up HotS for the first time and dealing with this. Outside of Diablo 3 to a degree, I don't think I have ever seen Blizzard give so little of a poo poo about one of their games before.
