Even though I am well aware of how much they hate her, the absolute seething disgust and pure rage they expel whenever Hillary is brought up still surprises me every so often. It's a nice reminder that old fucks like them really do hate women, no matter how much they might try to use us as bargaining chips (we have to protect women from scary black men! we have to protect them from scary trans people! we have to protect them from the Muslim hordes! etc) and are completely repulsive about it.

The fact that they're bending over backwards to declare Melania the best first lady ever despite her doing nothing of importance while looking completely miserable is funny when it's not infuriating. I hope they live just long enough to see a ton of progressive women like Alexandria earn their places of political power and help change this country for the better.

They don't hate women, they hate women who speak and think. Thats why they despise Hillary and always have, because she refused to be pigeonholed as a cookie baking housewife prop, and wanted to change the world. And thats why they like Melania, a woman who has probably expressed the least ideas or independent thoughts of any first lady in history (thats not calling her stupid, its saying she has yet to give any speech of any kind of consequence whatsoever apart from the one she stole). She's a trophy wife model who is clearly in a loveless marriage and under strict control.

Freepers in particular flock to Fox News partially because it's the channel that's known for having pretty women in sexy-but-not-revealing outfits. Man, so purty. And because they just agree with whatever the men around them are saying, you don't even have to listen to them!

Just take that line of thought and, y'know, apply it to the First Lady of the United States. She's the ideal woman for most of Freep - pretty to look at, and she (outwardly at least) agrees with her husband on everything so she's in her Proper Place.

That view of women seems to be one of the strongest point of continuity between the alt right and the hateful crazies. They view women as pretty looking props to be used as an accessory for a man and to repeat what he tells her, not as an independent, thinking human being. Reminds me of Old Fashioned, where the happy ending is a woman basically having her independence broken and crushed out of her, and submitting to this psychotic control freaks rules and opinions.

How about putting them in the stocks and letting them starve to death that way, and beg for a swig of beer, too, as people spit on them. Using a puritanical punishment like the stocks might fit right in with Thanksgiving, too, if they happen to be sentenced on time for the festivities.

Monsanto is working to perfect these cheap nuggets and has come up with a few new lines of GMO soy. A big problem is soy has way too much Omega 6, which will cause chronic inflammation in the body which is the underlying cause of many diseases.

Soy oil increases weight gain when compared to other oils.

Soy oil sold as cooking or “vegetable oil” and the soy oil prevalent in so many processed foods is partially hydrogenated.

Because most commercial Soy is GMO and undergoing more and more Modifications it contains an extremely high level of Glyphosate.

There are other problems and questions about Soy, these are off the top of my head. If you’re truly interested do research and make up your mind about it.

It’s not a product I would feed to anyone I care about. Oils I use are Coconut, Grape Seed, Olive, Butter and Good Lard when I can find it OR I render it myself.

I have resulting health problems from a pituitary tumor, but neither my husband or I have the “normal” troubles of 60 year olds. We don’t need medication for chronic inflammatory diseases. I take turmeric daily for my aches and pains and it works :)

This is some loving fantastic work. May you find solace in the company of your loved ones and/or hobbies today as you wind down from sifting through so much right wing posting.

The galaxy brain from Bush Was Marxist is some pretty horrifying awesome memory-holeing

Don't worry I only dive into threads I think will be funny, I let others dredge up all the horrifying poo poo.

I love the ones where some piece of unpopular Republican dogma is discarded like the trash it is, to wild cheers, and there's a few true believers sputtering "wait...but...guys? What about all those smart reasons we told ourselves for why the government can never help us? Guys we hated Obama for this! Guys? I voted against my own healthcare!"

An abortion every 9.3 minutes for five hours, man that is a good and diligent doctor.

I am most impressed with how he could go over their journal and add to it after the procedure, as well as get a new set of scrubs on and go through clean-up procedures (alcohol rubdown, washing hands etc).

Scratch that. What I am most impressed by is his ability to take mandated breaks as well and still manage that output.

Also they must have had engines strapped to those gurneys to get the patients in and out of the operating room so fast. Or some kinda conveyor belt that applied anaesthesia as they passed.

Abortion doctors don’t concern themselves with medical procedure when they’ve got a good ‘bortion train going. Just a quick pledge of fealty to Baphomet (the Horned King, Prince of Beasts), and then it’s back to rippin’ babies apart and selling the parts to vagrants.
