Mizmor was so so good yesterday. I never liked their sound much on recordings but they blew me away. Mutilation Rites and Pelican are powerful as gently caress live too

I’ve achieved a few deep trances/gnosis with the help of metal before. Most recently Deafheaven. I haven’t tried yoga to it but I imagine it’s awesome if you can get in the mood. I would try it for sure.
