Try it once out of curiosity? Sure, you do you. Repeat customer for live sex workers? Sure, better than being a bitter incel. But repeatedly paying for the rubber corpse loving experience? That's just odd. If rubber corpse loving is your thing, you'd be better off saving up to buy one of of your own. Unless loving a rubber hole some other dude was using an hour ago is your fetish, I guess? Then you should go to Burning Man and use the communal fleshlight.

I hate this find & replace of the word “perpetrator” with “suspect”. If you call them “suspects who concealed the animal in a stroller” why even call them suspects? You just described them committing the crime.

After reading the article it seems that gun is just a placeholder image, but the article should really be "Teen commits suicide". According to the article, he pulled the trigger multiple times, no matter how much of an idiot you may be, you don't do that if you're not trying to kill yourself. It's a shame.

Is it really better to be thought of as the sort of dangerous moron who does not check the gun before cleaning than a severely depressed person?

Not just a culture that stigmatizes and others people with mental illness, but a belief system where accidental death is fine but suicide sends you straight to Hell.

If they're Christian, it officially being a suicide could mean anything from their priest or pastor refusing to perform the funeral to not being allowed to be buried in the local cemetery. This varies widely by denomination, and generation too, but there's a lot of places where it's a kindness to the family where it is officially ruled an accident and then everyone pretends to not know what really happened because it's easier on everyone involved. It's poo poo, but I totally understand why it happens.

Suicide was a sin in the Church of Denmark except in the case of a "disturbed mind" which meant that most suicides were classed as such by the local administration. The dead probably didn't care, but it was a great comfort for the bereaved that their lost one could be buried with official ceremony on the blessed cemetery.

I remember the post-script to a late 1970s cartoon collection by Vaughn Bodé said he died "doing some kind of experiment" (years later I learned that it was autoerotic asphyxiation).
