The customer feedback they're getting is the equivalent of putting poo poo in a blender and leaving the lid off. The customer is a clown and yet the customer is king. Why are you hurting me senpai? I lived in South Australia when plastic bags were banned there about a decade ago and everyone seemed to just get on with their lives.

bandaid.friend posted:Buzzfeed's only reported on the content of the letter from the investigation to Husar, calling it libel is a bit silly? *sigh* gently caress people are dumb sometimes, not specifically you, just generally. Alice Workman was backgrounded by a nameless staffer about something that may or not have happened in a room with someone else who point blank refutes it. It is clear that it's not "just reporting on a letter" because there was back and forth after Jason Clare's statement. Husar may well be a terrible person for other reasons, but this kind of unsubstantiated stuff is probably libelous, which is why I used the word libel. I seem to remember similar claims about former-Senator Lambie too, various unnamed staffers saying how uncomfortable they were, and isn't it odd that nothing came of that? Surely if they were on a similar level to Barnaby, that would have been treated with the utmost seriousness? Barnaby might have a case for libel too, certainly his partner does from some of the stuff I've seen, but the CPG scrupulously avoided any suggestion of it, which is odd considering the years of allegations (yes, years, look it up), and a documented case of the Nats trying to ignore a complaint over those years. Idiots like the CPG would love to reduce this to a fake objective "they're all as bad as each other" to absolve themselves of any agenda, and that's both pathetic and ruinous to mature political discussion. https://twitter.com/AnthonyCole68/status/1024839101952868353

Not is NSW, but VCAT is pretty straight forward and I'd imagine the two are similar. Pay your $60 or whatever for the hearing and expect the business to not show so you automatically win. If they do turn up, having your receipt and dates in order is all you'll need. It's a short sharp process, you don't need to do anything other then say what you paid for, when you paid for it, what has gone wrong and show the documentation.
