Metal Bat I think is the best executed funny pastiche of all the S-class heroes. Like all the other ones are good but Metal Bat is perfect in a funny way.

Most people in One Punch Man don't seem to have that much in the way of powers, even heroes are generally just a mix of punch good/martial arts good.
