It's loving stupid that I'm so angry about this, but I am. It took me to about the 2/3rds mark before I realized it's a remake of Outrageous Fortune and as a remake of a pretty good Bette Middler/Shelley Long comedy, it's actually pretty ideal.

alright folks i watched the last 40 minutes of Christopher Robin and the movie ends with Workaholic Christopher Robin learning the importance of family over work, but also him saving the luggage company he works for by encouraging them to give all of their employees paid vacation (thus giving them a reason to need to buy luggage) and lowering the price of the luggage they sell so everyone can buy some. Also the son of the owner of the company is revealed to be a lazy rear end in a top hat who makes others do his work for him. Christopher Robin, Proletariat Hero now, i bet you a gazillion dollars that Disney, which is not unlike the large luggage company that Christopher Robin works for, would not in a million years do that of their own volition. Because they don't even pay the workers at their parks enough to live.
