Whenever I make pizza I have to allow five minutes cooling time before I tell my wife it's ready. She'll eat nuclear pizza and her mouth skin will burn to gently caress but she can't help herself with pizza

Maple syrup hardens into "taffy" when it's cooled quickly, as on snow.

I am part of the problem, not the solution. My boyfriend wanted to try Golabki but doesn’t eat meat. That awful mass is ground up mushrooms and tofu mixed with rice for the filling. End product came out fine, but it looked like a plate of rotting poo poo mid prep.
