Those patch notes holy poo poo some good some are what the gently caress why
- Reduced �Match Start Timer� to 70 seconds. WTF. This is after the 20-30 second map voting time. They say its for preloading maps but IW did that and had 20 second votes + 30 second wait. This is ridiculous.
- Body armor changes are good. Should be noticeable without reducing the item to useless.
- COMSEC device buff :eyepop:

It was already generous in reducing scorestreak points. Now it's even better.
- Stim shot and standard healing got a nerf? Now you heal faster but have a longer cooldown between uses.

Specific to specialists:
- Ajax, Torque, TEMPEST and Firebreak getting buffed :stare:

- Ruin and Nomad nerfed :rip:

- Spitfire getting slammed with the nerf bat
- Rampart 17 and Titan buffed :getin:

What is everyone's thoughts on like the upgraded versions? Does it matter? Are they worth it? I looked at the comparisons but I've been roughly out of it since BLOPS 1 and a brief foray w macy in AW.

Are the extras worth the extra price? What is everyone getting or ordering?

You get a perma unlock token in the release game if you hit max level, which is why everyone's diving in to level up.

Never buy the maps at launch. You save $10 overall, but if the map packs are stinkers (looking at you, blops 3) then you'll have saved yourself $50.

The Xbox beta seems to crash on startup, can't get it to launch on my Bonx. Others are reporting this issue as well.

Guess I'm playing on PS4.

Also, why not allow preloading for 24 hours before the beta? Why not allow people to download the final release ahead of time so they don't have to spend hours installing on release day, just require that they put the disc in or pay digitally?

Ok did a $5 preorder from GameStop to try this little diddley out. As someone who hasn't played any CoD since... Black Ops 1, what am I in for here? Anything I need to know, like killstreak, gun attachments, perks, etc? Seems like the game has a lot going on and I would like to be brought up to speed a little. Kinda excited :ohdear:

I'm going to buy this because I'm weak...but man if this doesn't feel like Vondy got a huge boner for Overwatch and tried cramming it into COD. The core gameplay is great, the guns feel awesome, but all the new gimmicks and forced team play poo poo is super dumb.

Deleting all saved data didn't work, but uninstalling and redownloading did.

There's some Destiny 2 teamshooting elements as well. Even if you just stay with randoms you can poo poo on people.

- Dynamic res of 960x1080 - 1920x1080 (PS4) and 960x2160 - 3840x2160 (Pro)
- PS4 framerate between 40-60, Pro between 50-60

tl;dr - game still needs tweaking for stable frames, even with dynamic res.

i think the servers or something are laggy because yeah it's almost impossible to shoot these guys. also i'm not sure if there's a tech or something i don't know about but some people are jumping around like they have future jetpacks
