I have Overwatch on PS4, on the disc. I am thinking of buying the digital version and getting rid of the disc. Would I still have all of my unlocked skins and whatnot?

Niceness points update: just steamrolled a QP match as Right-Click Reinhardt, where I literally did nothing except shield on payload and occasionally batter Hanzo to death. Never communicated with team, forgot mic was open and spent whole match answering my wife's questions about the game and talking about optimizing her Instagram reach. x4 Good Teammate and a Shot Caller.

Yesterday on a payload map my team (on defense) was struggling to stay alive vs an enemy Pharah. The DPS slots refused to ackonlowedge my suggestion to switch off Junkrat and/or Reaper. I was playing Rein. Midway through the match and after yet another, "hey guys can someone play a hit scan and focus Pharah?" our Reaper player agreed. He runs back to the team as Mcree, through my shield, jumps onto the cart, and dies while firing at Pharah. He respawns and does it again. I suggest he stand behind my shield at which point he yells into the mic, "I CANT STAND BEHIND YOUR SHIELD HAVENT YOU EVER HEARD OF DAMAGE FALL OFF?!" I lol'd into the mic and came to terms with the beating we were receiving.

I was in a group that absolutely trucked the other team on Gibraltar, and we had something north of 4 mins as the cart was rounding the last corner when the other team all bailed together. The backfill team got in just as we were getting onto the point and they'd barely made it out of spawn when the match ended and everyone was like "sorry about that, hope you stick around"  I like the commendations if the whole be-excellent-to-each-other thing keeps going.

You guys make Reinhardt sound like he’s so easy but I keep dying. How do you play a character with no intrinsic healing? I’m used to Bastion and Roadhog, but want to get a bit more supporty with my picks. My main problem is usually someone just walking up through my shield and pelting me, usually someone like tracer who can just blonk out if I lower the shield to whack her. I usually get burned down either way. I do like being the main Ana ult target tho sometimes I feel like I let them down. Last game I got ulted then Mei put up an ice wall in front of the choke and I had to sit there feeling stupid for half the ult.

Hopefully your healer will just stick near you, that's what I do when I'm Moira or Lucio. When I'm playing Rein, I've started not power charging unless there's a wall close by because I've missed targets and gone way too far ahead away from my team before. If you're on a payload map and you're escorting, I also find it helpful to walk behind the payload if I need to let my shield recharge, but that's not always possible. I'm sure others here will have much more helpful answers, but there you go.

Even as someone like Brigitte or Lucio with no escape move, all you have to do is put damage on Reinhardt from two sides and the poor guy crumbles. I think the key is being backed up by at least 1 other person, it's supposed to be a symbiotic relationship where you protect them, and they exert pressure that protects you. I have way better luck playing him on escort maps, where the payload mechanic forces people to stand with you if you shield the point (and you can all use the point as cover if the shield breaks). A lot of times on Assault I'll get timid people who absolutely refuse to follow me through a choke and just keep poking and ducking back behind the wall. It's incredibly frustrating. I think they're worried the Rein shield will break, which they ironically guarantee by allowing the enemy team to pummel it freely Would love to hear what more experienced Reins do in those situations Unsinkabear fucked around with this message at 14:19 on Aug 16, 2018 |

Recently I've been playing a bit of a modified hammond game, where I stay in ball form during a payload defence game, and slowly roll behind the enemy lines and park myself behind the payload. It usually results in the enemy team fighting for a good minute or two on the payload, without realising there's this giant ball behind it. When discovered, I roll away... nab a few healthpacks, and return - much to the chagrin on the rest of the team, as they keep having to turn and pay attention behind them (including the reinhart). I've had some hilarious chases when one enemy team member snaps and starts to chase me all over the map, when I loose them, and park myself back on the payload. It is hit and miss. Some people on the enemy team find it hilarious - other times I am questioned on my sexual orientation and/or sexual habits by the younger crowd. I stick to quickplay solo queue for this reason, and on a fun team collect up to 3 endorsements a game... Unfortunately, it can really piss some people off,

Hammond is the new Bastion. By himself he can totally shatter a disorganized team of bad pubbies like myself. How the gently caress do I counter this unkillable bouncy ball that is everywhere at once, sending everyone flying and left clicking my healers to death. I am baffled at him being categorized as tank.

Seriously though, he dies real fast if something stops his momentum and his primary fire does poo poo damage. Try Mei, Junkrat's traps or even Brigitte's shield bash. Or Roadhog's hook. Or just have Reaper shoot at him whenever he comes close.

Use Charge to get back to your team as opposed to into the enemy team, or better, use Charge to get kills on heroes that are between you and a CLOSE wall. Long Charges are how Rein gets melted. Use your barrier but don't just stand there, advance, and use cover (payloads, walls, terrain) to reduce how much of your giant body is visible to the enemy team so that your barrier doesn't get broken as quickly. Take away his mobility and melt him. (McCree flashbang, Mei spray, Orisa halt, Hog hook, even Sym turrets slow him down if he gets stuck in the beam). I love when I am playing Orisa against a Hammond, at my SR most hamsters are dumb dumbs who dive in and then I just shoot them in the face. When they hit the panic button and try to get out, I halt them and hope my team will keep shooting the big angry ball. Usually all of this happens before the hamster's team even gets to the fight.

Long range/Autoaim on suck + wraith form = ez kill stealing, and since people aren't usually grouped up you can launch a death ball at one person and get most of the value out of it contributing to a kill (rather than in the regular game where your ball may give you ult charge but isn't really going to threaten anyone's life).
