I'm the first person to poo poo on Madrid but it's different. In Ronnie's case they basically welcomed the transfer and told him to get an offer so they could pretend to not sell him. In this case they've frequently told inter no dice but inter are still trying to tap up/negotiate/entice the player. I hope inter gets Modric and Madrid gets hosed but real has said gently caress off to inter from the outset so i see their point. That said I hope they file their complaint , lose Modric and pay lawyer fees so gently caress them.

Unironic JozyPost from an MLS watcher: His finishing has improved somewhat in MLS and he looks pretty good in a slower-paced league where he can rely on his strength to compensate for his unpredictable first touch. So he *might* be ok in those leagues, but he's got a big contract in Toronto and I'm not sure why he'd want to leave a title-winning to join a midtable club given his previous experience in Europe. I’m sure this is every club but god drat the Facebook comments on the official Arsenal announcements about Ospina and Campbell’s departures are just  The same when Jeff Reine-Adelaide left, I would understand if they went to Juve or somewhere good but Jesus the majority are going to clubs no one ever heard of because they’re that bad, fair enough Ospina to Napoli but I genuinely think he just isn’t suited to the EPL. Can’t wait for us to flog Connor Brammal and someone to bemoan how he was the best defender at the club.
