Well, at least lord roberts didn’t bag on the VFX. He gaves us a completely unreasonable schedule, zero visual guidance or direction other then “approved” or “not approved”, and 20+ of us slept on floors around our desks 4-5 nights a week to try to make the schedule and monitor/queue shots on the render farm I will credit him with bringing in catering chefs so we could eat once in a while, and I did make some life long friends from that terrible crunch experience. And if you were in the special circle there were the occasional morale event nights to his favorite strip club and various other party shenanigans.
