i'm just real glad miami beach mayor phillip "pump boy" levine didn't win. he's so proud of those loving pumps too, they were mentioned in like the first sentence on his "about me" page lmao (for anyone who doesn't know, miami beach floods every day at high tide since it's sinking into the ocean due to climate change, and since miami beach is full of rich people infinity money must be spent to save it. pump boy's solution was to build a network of megawatt-scale pumping stations to pump the water back into the ocean  )

I don't think im gonna include any democrats in my choices since they all suck rear end. the maine democrat party is incredible in its ability to find the worst possible candidates year after year. their choice for governor is a 3000 year old with no ideas who is currently the top cop in the state.

If your choices are between some vocally conservative republican candidate and a democratic candidate that is 98% the same as that republican candidate but they aren't as vocal about it and maybe say some nicer things, you don't really have any real choice in that vote -- youre just voting for two of the same person unfortunately the way the US is designed kind of fucks you into that non-decision
