they talked about it in July with gameinformer. basically Tess and the raid will reset every Tuesday, everything else will reset every 4 days. it’s not necessarily weekend-centric, but it’s nice

when Xur only spawned in the tower in D1 (sometimes the reef) it was fun to spawn in right reset time and be in a massive full lobby that also spawned in at that exact time and you're all running around looking at his spots as a few giant packs and when someone found him they'd start dancing and pointing but now he could be on different worlds so that won't happen, it's not the same.
