And you can definitely be probated here for little reason (which I enjoy. Whenever I get probated here I can laugh and say "yep, had that one coming"). It's definitely not a politics first forum the way it's been painted, but it is largely the same dumb console warrior thing as any other games forum except people try to post with plausible deniability about themselves being dumb fanboys(they largely fail).

I guess that SNK Heroines fighting game had it's embargo lifted and it's pretty terrible. I feel like I missed the memo because it also told me there was a story in it and after hearing what the story is  I kind of understand why people were harsh on it earlier. That and apparently you can't just ignore the stupid fetish costumes. I thought the English version would just have the normal stuff by default so people could still enjoy it's fighting without having to interact with it.What a depressing pile. Just give me more Metal Slug then  E: You can only defeat opponents by hitting them with a super? Why is this playstation all-stars

Tried a bit of Broforce both docked and in handheld and it's pretty much the same experience I've had on PC. Seems a solid 60 FPS and who cares about resolution with those big meaty pixels. Haven't gotten to any of the levels where things really get splody so I can't say if it'll drop frames like the PS4 then, but so far it seems like a darn solid port. Haven't tried multi yet because Spider-Man is taking forever to download on Sony's lovely infrastructure. And it's worth mentioning that if you only tried the game years ago it's a completely different beast now. The early versions had some bosses that were complete bullshit, but the devs listened so stages like the one with the chopper chasing you up a tower have been made way more manageable. It's such a fantastic take on Contra and Metal Slug.

Capcom has announced an Ace Attorney panel at Tokyo Game Show that they state is going to be "unmissable for Ace Attorney fans," and considering we already know that at least one Ace Attorney game is in development for Switch, it's lookin' like it's gonna be a full reveal.

Finally that stupid wannabe-Deadpool game got downloaded so I jumped into a quick game with two others. It was pretty hilarious since it was obvious they had never played it before and I had to constantly carry them. I went through two stages as loving MacGyver and finally got to unlock god drat Indiana Jones. It was awesome to see them quickly pick up tips like taking out the floor under spawning doors and never being afraid of using the special moves in creative ways. On the performance side there were no problems with lag or anything. Felt like I was playing local for the most part. Again, a solid port.

Why are there so many god drat games on switch I've entirely given up on my backlog, I just buy poo poo, play it for a bit, dump it, and buy more poo poo because this is ridiculous. No one has time to beat any games at the rate they're pumping poo poo out for the switch!!! It doesn't help that I spend more time reading forums and keeping up with releases than I do playing

That's because NeoGAF was abandoned by the extremely toxic hivemind of that place when the NeoGAF admin was outed as a potential rapist and people used that to basically say everything they wanted but couldn't say on GAF for the past 5-6 years that went against the hivemind opinion of what constitutes good gaming. Resetera is their new base, while NeoGAF went back to being more focused on gaming. Yoshi's Crafted World sounds ace!

I made a cool jacket out of a big blue bear's pelt and liked it so much that I decided to make the rest of the outfit so I went back and killed some more bigass blue bears. Turns out the hat for this thing looks like a lovely balaclava so now it looks like my guy is some grubby run of the mill robber dressed in blue. This works really well because my current weapon looks a lot like a basic hunting rifle. Monster Hunter is so good

Anyone who can help me with a little Switch troubleshooting? Last night I purchased and downloaded Into the Breach. It wouldn't load the game, so I figured something got corrupted while downloading and deleted it from the console to reinstall it. The game has totally disappeared. Isn't in the Items list, isn't listed in Data management. Going to the eShop on the console has the "purchase" option greyed out and no ability to redownload. Going to the website, it only gives me the option to purchase it, and once I click that and enter my password it kicks me an error of "you've already bought this." Any ideas?
