Dead Money rules. I played it late at night in the basement with the lights out and high as gently caress and it was a great experience

The log books in Zion national park were some of my favorite found journal stuff in the entire game.

I'll admit it wasn't the best match for the engine or gaming system (it would have been much better as a true FPS IMO), but the writing and atmosphere were off the charts awesome.

That's all PR horseshit, what actually happens is that some dude who's been there since half life 1 walks up to you, wrings his hands and goes 'hey buddy, could you review these hentai games?' and if you say no you get fired in the next 'downsizing,' and if you say yes you're expected to do that on top of the actual work you're already doing, for no extra pay

Getting employees to do volunteer work to organize and curate games is quite the feat and some intense Valve shittiness. That storefront is 99% of what the company does these days and they still can�t be bothered to pay for the work.

Not that it would be any better than actual volunteers. Not that different than what Ubisoft pulled with BG&E2.

I told myself when I beat the vanilla game that I was going to come back to it later maybe a few months down the line. But then I couldn't stop thinking about the game, bought the DLC maybe two weeks later and devoured it.

Yeah, it's a great DLC.

Yeah, and from what insiders and former employees said, that "handbook" that got "leaked" years ago was actually faked to make the company look appealing, and not really how the company works at all. Which is pretty scummy and underhanded.
