like everywhere else, landlords expect to be able to make bank without any work. the difference here is that until the last decade or so, renting was seen a thing only poor people and students did long term – so tenancy law is woefully out of date and landlords/property managers are extremely entitled. atm government's planning to introduce more rent control, make it harder to evict for no reason, etc

I'm only on like episode four and I can see that as it feels more straight mockumentary this time the first few episodes also I feel the gravity of the crime kind of is adding a different tone like, that poo poo would put you away on some serious felony charges prob
