Is this the most thorough dismantling of the Pats in years? As I recall the ATL Super Bowl the Pats at least had the ball more. So far the Lions are just slowly throttling them.

I think that the NFL got really excited about all the stats that baseball was getting into and wanted to join in, but I don't think the sport is quite as conducive towards tracking every iota of stuff with predictive power as baseball is.
