Yeah it's Irulan in Dune Messiah who's beyond her years. It's mentioned how she personally uses forbidden Bene Gesserit magics to make herself more youthful than she actually is and that's a semi-big deal thing that very very few people do. I appreciated that the SyFy adaptation of Dune Messiah got that right even though they IIRC don't say it outright by casting Susan Sarandon as her younger sister.

Related to previous gun chat: I seem to recall the Harkonnen's mentioned as using artillery when they attacked the Atreides. Pretty sure it was even called out as a "wtf you using this old rear end stuff." I don't have my copy of the book on hand. Can anyone else confirm?

Yeah the Atreides troops fall back to caves in the Shield Wall during the Harkonnen attack, and then are trapped in the caves by artillery fire, which collapses the cave mouths.
