it's more like how copper IUDs work in that they don't fully understand the mechanism(s) but you can think of it as a static charge that kills all the sperm that come near the material (that's not how it works) it doesn't plug anything up. tho there used to be an implantable one that did that i think

is there a way for them to just jab a needle in and grab sperm straight from the source? i know reversing a vasectomy is complicated but seems like it'd be easier to just go in and grab some sperm than to gently caress around with reconnecting teeny tiny little tubes. feel like if that was an option maybe more people would be willing to just get the snip.

Gotta imagine most people are offsetting the costs of folks to have multiple unsuccessful attempts
