I think if Pettis knew when that first happened that Juicer can hold on for that long, he'd have tried to get out completely differently (and probably gotten choked in the process).

I've seen fighters been reset when one guy had the back before...granted, its usually because the guy on top is lazy and tired, but they can definitely stand you up if nothing is happening regardless of how theoretically good the position is.
