Lifting tomorrow after a week of not doing so, looking forward to it v much Today was my normal barbell class but I had orchestra rehearsal instead. It's good to have mental fitness too!

Dips are good for Chest too and easy to do at home. You can do flies by getting in pushup position with your hands on two of those furniture slider things and moving your arms in and out.

make sure to lean forward and dont lock your elbows at the top of the rep if you are dippin for chest tho

The weather this week would have been perfect for some long-distances morning runs, cool but sunny and not particularly windy. Unfortunately I caught a wicked head cold over the weekend and can neither run nor work out as I'm congested as hell and gross to be around.

Make sure you have the bar as far back as you can get it, I have to have it pressed up against my neck to eliminate any tendency to lean forward. Hip flexibility definitely plays a factor too, I have to stretch my hip flexors out a lot because they get tight which is a really common problem.

Ive started working out today at my colleges gym, it is hard. I basically havent moved since april and gained a tub as a result. That sucks. Besides the gym once or twice a week, im following a fitness class every fridays, but not much else, besides soft stuff like yoga. I dont have a daily routine of sports also
