In addition to the fact the game couldn't physically injure you, there had been other skateboard games before/around the same time as this, but this was the first one that sorta did it as an open area instead of a circuit, and had Tony Hawk's name attatched to it who was basically the name in skateboarding for the 1990s. It's more like Matt and Woolie spend way more money on their channel and generally travel a lot. Matt is co-funding a game, and Woolie is about to get married. Pat doesn't travel or hire 10 billion artists like Matt.

^not so sure about that. Sure, he doesn't fly to cons or go to vacation often, but he did take a trip to japan a year or so ago, in which he paid for Fuggins as well. He buys pricey PC toys often enough, including a mechanical keyboard or something. Matt's most likely the one who invests the most in his own stuff, and Woolie proposed to his girlfriend in New Zealand not that long ago, but I can't imagine Pat's saving up too much more compared to those two. Paige is also streaming tonight, so we'll be seeing a bit of the house in half an hour. I legit expect Pat to mention that not having those flowers on the wall in the background of their streams was one of the biggest reasons to buy a whole loving house.
