You're right, I didn't quite notice how bad it was. Shadows and highlights sliders are one hell of a drug.

Is this Monterey? I used to have a buddy that lived next to condo's that looked just like that second picture. We've been in walnut harvest for the past month and this year I've been trying to take more quality pictures with my Fuji. It's really tough to take color photos in the orchard, so this year I'm trying to think more with a B&W eye. Would really appreciate some feedback on these. Walnut Shaker, on Flickr Sheep Barn, on Flickr Walnut Orchard, on Flickr Walnut Shaker, on Flickr Super bummed the B&W thread was archived. I really think that style deserves it's own thread. It's a style I'm trying to improve in, would love to discuss more specifically with others. jvick fucked around with this message at 05:32 on Oct 25, 2018 |

Cross-post from film thread. I dropped the wet negatives on the ground so they got covered in dust and hair but I think these two are relatively un-effected. DSC01315 by Andrew Burns, on Flickr DSC01317 by Andrew Burns, on Flickr
