For best results you should plug the sander into a dimmer switch so you can find the best strength, everyone is different after all.

So breathing some life back into this thread - I've suggested l-arginine often in the past as an OTC erection aid. The TL;DR is it is an amino acid that becomes nitric oxide as part of the body's urea cycle, nitric oxide being a vasodialator that relaxes the blood vessels and increases blood flow. In effect it operates on the same mechanism as viagra or other prescription ED medication (increased blood flow) but by pulling a different lever. While arginine works there's a better alternative called l-citrulline. Citrulline comes a step before arginine in the urea cycle (metabolizes into arginine before NO), however it passes through the small intestine far easier - to the point where taking a half dose of citrulline results in arginine levels in blood plasma equal to a double dose of arginine. It's so effective that studies have shown it to be an effective treatment for men diagnosed with mild ED.

USA condom user here! So the dick what is wrapping a condom on is very much a grower, not a shower. To the point that how particularly aroused he gets in any session changes what brand of condom is going to work. Like, for a quickie a kimono or trojan ultra thin does the job, but if things get hot enough they'll pop mid-coitus like an overexcited balloon. Most of the time or so a Trojan double ecstasy or Durex ribbed/dotted survive the engagement, but also most of the time concerns/paranoia over condom breakage stop him from finishing. And going for "big boy" Magnum XL or other large sized condoms are basically a coin flip on whether or not he gets engorged enough for these to fit properly. Is this just a "get better at foreplay before using the magnum" situation or is there a niche Medium-Large brand out there we've not encountered yet?

Sounds to me more like you have a problem getting fully erect. (Also a problem with talking about your dick in the third person, but that's another issue entirely.)

The breaking sounds way more like a lube issue. Condoms don't really break by hulking out of them, they break due to friction (or to not following the directions). That would also make sense why they work for a quickie but not for longer.

Its not my dick what is breaking the condoms, correct! But I think the lube situation might be the issue. We've been applying water based lube to the inside of the condoms and to the outside of any unlubricated brands, but despite this initial application and plentiful lube on the outside eventually they break. The only condoms that are "hulked" out of are the various thin varieties, kimono and okamotos. The rest just seem to give up the ghost mid-congress.

It's also possible if y'all do any sort of "pulling all the way out and going back in" maneuver that the tip of the condom gets stretched too tight across the head from friction against the opening. If that's the case just dab extra lube on labia/whatever orifice we're talking about. Can't hurt to apply some directly to the condom too (once it's on, otherwise it'll just be a mess).

The lube that comes on condoms is useless. Use lube. You can fit a condom over your arm. A cock shouldn't break it unless user error is involved.
