Manchin is the only one who bucked this trend that that's because it's an open secret he's an actual Republican that the Dems allow to wear their skin for some reason. Like seriously the fucker voted yes to confirm  That said I'm very worried the DNC will continue to bury their head in the sand and start banging the bi-partisan/centrist drum and try to find less liberal candidates to run in 2020, pointing to Beto's failures as an example while ignoring that he drummed up so much enthusiasm that it swept a bunch of state level Dems into power.

The worthless rich drug warrior rear end in a top hat Dems nominated for Congress in my district lost. His opponent was endorsed both by the AFL-CIO and Gabby Giffords. I voted straight dem. I look forward to two more years of analysis of why I'm the reason Dems lose because sometimes I don't vote for them.

I'd like to take a moment to thank whatever enterprising soul in missouri realized that we apparently support decent policies as long as they dont have D by them, which is how last night we got medical marijuana, raised the minimum wage, voted yes on redistricting and on limiting campaign contributions and somehow still elected Josh Hawley the actual goblin to senate

I bet this is part of why Trump is so mad. They probably begged him not to oust Sessions before the midterm because it would cost them House seats. And hell, it may have helped them win those close races, especially Gillum, but no doubt not as much as he wanted or maybe as much as they promised. So he didn't get what he wanted twice over! But he doesn't want to outright say that, so he's flustered
