The smart thing to do is list all your medical supply kits as expired or incomplete and needing replacement if you're trying to hide an accident. Sending dudes in an Uber with missing fingats is hilariously dangerous and probably won't end up hiding the goddamn injury in the first place, defeating the purpose.

Speaking of JBLM unit's war crimes, the kill squad from 5-2 SBCT was a topic of discussion today in a BDE meeting I was in because the weapons used are still on the books despite being with CID for nearly a decade. I also somehow wasn't aware Robert Bale's was in 3-2 SBCT. Of course now they're 2-2 and 1-2 SBCT's respectively. Same BN's though. It was weird to find out that that kill squad was attached to my BN when they murdered those people. Mustang fucked around with this message at 05:49 on Nov 8, 2018 |

So Fox News' legal analyst says Whittaker can't be acting AG, because he hasn't been confirmed by the Senate for a subordinate position, and it should have gone to Rosenstein: "“Under the law, the person running the Department of Justice must have been approved by the United States Senate for some previous position. Even on an interim post,” Napolitano said. Napolitano continued saying that next in line for the position is Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. “[Whitaker] was not confirmed by the United States Senate for a leadership position at the Justice Department. The White House will have to work this out. Who has been confirmed and who’s next in line? Deputy attorney general Rosenstein,” he said."

It's also hard to say, exactly, right now what's going on because the government won't discuss ongoing investigations or legal cases, and there's the potential issue of classification. I kind of recall some similar stuff about how the Kill Team guys were being railroaded being propagated by various soldiers, but then once the full up case was released to the public, it died down pretty quick, given how awful their behavior was. I distinctly recall one 1SG losing all sympathy for them not due to the murders, but because of the hash use
