If I had to guess, I'd say the bad weather that kept him away from the ceremony today wasn't rain, but wind. He couldn't wear his MAGA hat so he decided not to go. Also between the Whitaker thing, the midterms and Macron insulting him earlier, he's in a really bad mood.

From forever (well 4 hours) ago, but who are the credible challengers to Pelosi other than Tim Ryan who has...issues that make me doubt he can get the caucus behind him. Joe Crowley obviously would've been a choice but he's obviously not going to be it. Are there other Reps who have experience/are good at keeping everyone in line out there?
