So if I am to believe my eyes, the car is towing the horse cart perhaps because the log load is a tad too heavy to get up some hill or something. Realizing that makes the video extremely sad because not only have they managed to build a contraption that in an environment filled with drunks is extremely dangerous to everyone including pedestrians and the cart driver, but also highly dangerous to the horse and a slight mistake could cause her to become injured.

I have pulled apart plenty of hydraulic cylinders that size for repair but pressurizing one with air to get the gland to come out never crossed my mind.
