From what it sounds like now I expect that BLU is Eureka but as a class, having its own content and you can't join regular DF stuff with it. Guess we have to wait for live letter for more explanation though.

they've said theyre raising the level cap, so i bet it's just a thing where they dont want to dump out 80 levels worth of abilities at once with a complicated class like this and have it be a balance nightmare
