SKULL.GIF posted:In regards to practice, just a couple of comments I just want to make on this topic to provide some maybe insight and let’s call it closure to this continual conversation that we have here as far as our training. First, we’ll always practice and train in a manner that looks out for our players’ ability to prepare each week for our opponent while also taking care of, including all parameters to the overall health and safety of our team. Indoor walkthroughs, which we had this week, which we’ve also had in the past, are always beneficial to our team. It’s beneficial to our players. It’s a great teaching and learning environment. It’s an opportunity for us to pull off them physically the demands of practice and the overall hustle and pursuit of what we have to do during the course of a practice and our movements. It also gives a little bit of extra rest to most of the players out there on the turf but also allows some of the players that might not be able to practice out there in the normal practice environment to go out and get reps and get communication and get prepared for the game. Mr Patricia I asked why you like to sleep with a fan at night. Edit: also remember when everyone was falling over themselves to mentiom how he could of been an engineer, but chose coaching instead?

Leon Einstein posted:That was tipped. That's what I thought. I was confused when the announcers were all talking like it was just a horrible pass when it was clearly tipped at the line. If anything that would make it smarter to go for it on fourth down. I am honestly shocked about the decisions that were made last night. They were insane. sponges posted:Why does Rodgers treat every passing play like a Hail Mary? Yeah he's been kind of bad about that this year. Some of it is his natural inclination to throw rad bombs and some of it is the play calling that is very often trying to get one guy (Adams usually) open far downfield. When the single read isn't there or needs more time to get open, Rodgers holds the ball way too long trying to make it work. Usually that's when you just throw the checkdown but it didn't seem like there were solid plans for that. He also looks slower this year, and I think he needs to start adjusting his play and realize that a quicker defensive end like Fackrell can pretty easily catch him from behind or chase him down along the line of scrimmage. So Rodgers needs to get the drat ball out, check it down if necessary and get positive yardage. But I''m convinced that play calling is by far the largest factor here.

I can't wait for his true Lions Coach Meltdown moment. Wayne Fontes once compared himself to "a Big Buck" and held his hands to his head like antlers when he was complaining everyone in the press would come after him. Bobby Ross yelled "This ship ain't sinkin! WHOOO WHOOO WHOOO" in a press conference Marty Mornhinweg did not even make it out of training camp and stormed off the field and rode away on his Harley Schwartz tried to fight Jim Harbaugh Caldwell raised his voice .5 an octave and told reporters to "check the report", also he raised his eyebrows slightly

Seattle is a good team and playing them at home in prime time is really hard. Even then this was a close game so Packers shouldn't feel so bad. They just need to get Rodgers back and finally fire Dom Capers, then they'll be on top of the division again for sure.

Even if they win out the season and win the Superbowl, fire McCarthy. Any success they have is despite McCarthy, not because of him.

Mike McCarthy is a dumb person. I think people lose track of that, despite the fact that he talks like the cartoon version of an idiot. I think his thought process when he punted for the last time last night was, "The defense's job is to stop their offense, therefore the defense will stop their offense." Never mind that the defense had so many injuries during that game, and never mind that the Seahawks offense had been marching up and down the field at that point. Those conditions are simply too advanced to be included in McCarthy's thought process. Defense stops offense. Send out the defense.

Lions will never do well because the league tries to undermine them at all turns due to them not giving up theirs Thanksgiving day game. It’s a conspiracy that goes all the way to the top.

Rodgers has always relied on extending plays, seeing the field super well and not checking down for the easy throw or forcing contested balls. It's what made him so good but he's lost a step and gb is lazy about scheming anyone open. What I'm saying is that Rodgers would flourish on the bears
