If AJ Green can come back soon I'd say the Bengals have the edge but yeah very likely that 8-8 will give you a real chance to get in. 9-7 almost certainly.

They still have to finish the season with two against New Orleans. Unless New Orleans is resting starts in week 17, and there's a rain storm in Charlotte two weeks earlier, there's no way. Atlanta might be quitting, but at least the Panthers get them at home. You'd hope Carolina beats the Browns and Bucs. But the Seahawks still have 2 games against the niners, and 1 against the Cardinals. So yeah, Sunday is probably for the playoffs.
