I can only imagine that they then put one or two less strands back in, reverse the process,make an inferior cable which they then sell for the same price. And eventually that cable gets imported to the west where it's used to make the bridges and stuff we stand on every day. Until one of these cables snaps and kills us. And when that happens the LLC that imported these cables without bothering to check why they were getting such a good deal on them files for bankruptcy to avoid litigation. Because
