The middle was kind of dull filler, but like that’s most Godzilla movies. The Godzilla reboot was spiritually faithful to the originals in that you go in wanting a fun movie about monsters and you get stuck watching bland human characters spout exposition to one another. The climax was really good, though.

I'm pretty sure people only like Ghostbusters because of nostalgia. I never saw it until recently and watched 1 and 2 together and they were equally okay but not, like, hilarious. The funniest Bill Murray movie is What About Bob.

In Miyamoto said it wasn’t true and the movie was wrong, but in 2015 he admitted that the brothers’ last name is in fact, Mario. So that masterpiece has contributed to the Mario canon.
