The conclusion: western nations need to start investing more into stabilizing nations in the zone of disorder so they don't become vortexes of chaos like Venezuela. Which is true, but is very much like Dick Cheney suddenly stating "THE KURDS SHOULD FORM THEIR OWN NATION"
