switch to decaf if it's a problem. i get migraines and poo poo so i have to go easy, and you don't see me giving up. i have the local coffee shop give me a 1/4 caffeinated blend of beans so i can slam a couple cups on the weekend and get a taste of a buzz. ccs: drinking the last of a decaf french press at work

There's also no pagentry to 'upside down sperging' once you realize that the only thing that really matters is water temp. toss up to two scoops of coffee in, pour some water in, stir, lid, flip, smoosh. for the perfect cup I add two spoonfuls of sugar and a generous dollop of CoffeeMateTM Hazelnut Creme

yeah there's really nothing too complex about inverted brewing with the aeropress, which is just another immersion brewing technique with the benefit of a nice predictable vessel to brew in. the only big deal is how you gently caress it up the first time and get scalding water and grounds all over yourself and kitchen before realizing how to hold everything 160 seconds including winddown every morning
