Definitely passing on that for $200. Way too small interiors. I'd rather save towards assembly Square if I'm already in for that much

Sorry, guy.
200 is a lot this is true. And the interiors may be small. But I, for one, literally never open my modulars after building them, so the facade is the only important aspect. It’s a solid exterior, so we will see...

yeah agreed, the interior is fun during the build itself, but once that's done i'm far more likely to stick spider man hanging off it while batman runs across the roof than make anything inside.

Not a huge fan of the vet on a second floor. Might just turn that into another apartment, and put the vet in a different building.

Brickset guy got an early copy and built and reviewed it if you want more interior shots. Also the colors pop more in his photos I feel.

Despite what Brickset say in their review, that building is recognisably based on a real one in West London (or the style of same). It's a nice touch, and I'll be grabbing this one happily.

yeah, it's vanishingly rare for gas stations in america to have anything a second or third floor. Even in crowded cities they usually are just like in the suburbs.

The modular garage is theoretically great. It meshes well with my classic cars, the colors are great, and I love the rolling door and lift functions. It just doesn't really excite me in the way that past modulars have. I'm definitely not getting that "gotta have it" feeling like I did with Parisian and Assembly.

Does anyone have any part recommendations for a brick-built alternative way to make that seashell bra?

I don't have the advent calendar but modern mugs fit the antistud, not the stud. The 1x1 should be face up in the mug.

Yeah, exactly. It doesn't fit over the top on the anti-stud, it's not wide enough.

Yep, $50 is what it looks like:

This certainly puts it the "wait for sale" category for me too since it just doesn't make sense to pay that kind of price (and for me even more, being in Europe) for a set where I only care about one small(ish) part of it.
