I've used Plailect's guides multiple times, and they're essentially foolproof, but definitely do follow their advice and read the entire guide and have all your poo poo in place before you so much as power on your device. Bear in mind that a lot of the time you're going to spend on this is basically waiting for a computer to do its thing.

The hacks guide website is written in such a way that it is not easy to understand what the things it talk about are until you're doing them or are looking at the steps after them. The ones they replaced were not particularly great either so you aren't missing much.

The female MC responds to childhood trauma by becoming totally rad and giving no shits about haters, which while not as thematic, is way more cool + fun. Also, her SLs are way better and she can actually have SLs with the whole party (yes, including the dog). If you care about the ~purity of artistic vision~, pick Minato.
